Unfortunately, I can only give 5 stars here – otherwise, Franz would have easily earned 6 stars for this fantastic self-service shop with its outstanding selection and quality. The self-service shop, open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., 365 days a year, offers the same well-known and memorable regional specialties. Everything is very clean and tidy, making shopping a pleasant experience. In addition to the products available for spontaneous selection, there's a separate counter where pre-ordered items, neatly labeled, are stored until customers pick them up. Even those who miss the spontaneous and direct interaction with Franz won't be disappointed, despite the self-service concept. He's personally on-site at certain times and enjoys meeting customers. I can wholeheartedly recommend Nussbaum Butcher Shop, even with its new shop concept! Keep it up, Franz… 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Top quality, shopping how and when you want, uncomplicated, very competitive prices, highly recommended.... and if you are lucky enough to happen to meet the owner of the butcher shop on a Sunday at 4 pm, special requests will be fulfilled.

Fresh, regional, and personally inspected by butcher Franz to ensure that the suppliers have clean barns and are kept in species-appropriate conditions. Always well-stored—every piece is a delicacy. I think the new self-service store is great. It offers a large and inviting selection. The quality of the meat and sausages is top-notch. I find the service and payment processes simple and intuitive (cash is also accepted). Highly recommended specialty store.
