Unfortunately, I can't judge the service. In my case, it didn't even get that far. I wanted to adjust my engagement ring. The gentleman seemed very cold and uninterested during the consultation. He also didn't help me choose the new ring size, like the next goldsmith did. Here, they said I had to figure it out myself. I didn't feel comfortable there at all.
