I was in a Sunrise shop in Mythen the day before yesterday to get some help. Unfortunately, one of the employees was very rude to me. I was about to explain why I had come, but she interrupted me and told me in an inappropriate tone to wait until she was finished. Such customer service is truly disappointing. To be fair, I don't want to generalize. The male employees there have always been very friendly and helpful. I hope that overall, more emphasis will be placed on respectful and friendly service.
Sunrise switched us to a different tariff without our consent. We called several times but didn't get a clear answer. After that, I went to a Sunrise store in person and asked them to switch us to the tariff for Ukrainians with status S. The store told me everything was taken care of. Later, we discovered that we hadn't been switched to prepaid, but to an annual contract. We didn't want that; we had explicitly requested prepaid. After some time, we received a bill for CHF 40 per number, so a total of CHF 80 for two numbers (mine and my mother's). We went back to the store, where they told us to wait a few days for a response. A week has now passed, we haven't received a reply, and our messages are being ignored.
I received excellent advice from Ms. Luisa and Mr. Leandro on several occasions. The entire team always makes a friendly and cheerful impression. I feel well-advised, and they are always there to help me with any problems. The shop is always neat and clean. Depending on peak times, there might be a wait. I'll gladly come back.
Hello, I was at the Mythen Center in Ibach today and received advice from Stefan Jovicic. I must say I've never had such a cheerful and friendly consultant/salesperson. I was able to ask all my questions and was taken seriously and received excellent service! I'm really very satisfied with the product and his advice. Every store should have a Stefan! :)
