I'm a foreigner from Poland and when I came to Switzerland seeking answers "how is milk reprocessed in Swiss? " I came to Hof Molkerei Birke by the advice of my mentor from Kanton Zurich which claimed: this is the best place for You to start and end - where Land meets with the shop and all the very best is essencionally gathered in there". After the visit I and my stomatch must both admit - he was god damn right ... Place deffinetely worth the visit if not for the undoubtly kindness of the owners ( big bow towards Andy Pfister ) - for the fantastic variarity of milk products that can be for everyone dispose. Rate: 11! /10
Today I went to buy milk for the first time. It was very clean and hygienic; I even bought 10 kilos of milk. The taste and smell of the milk were also great.
A girl told us they weren't selling there anymore...
Cozy atmosphere. Great farm shop. Well-kept cowshed with young animals.
