Very unfriendly office staff. I was charged €124 for a steel bathtub, a mirrored cabinet, and construction debris, all categorized as combustible waste. It feels like a rip-off... Never again.

Unfortunately, very disappointing. Despite clear agreements, the terms were not adhered to. Follow-up questions or attempts to find a solution on a human level were ignored. No concessions, no responsibility – instead, only excuses. This is not how I imagine a cooperative partnership. It's a shame that a business relationship that has developed over the years has to end this way. Mühle probably no longer needs it.

A very modern and, above all, clean recycling center. An employee came immediately and kindly explained the costs, etc. I think the parking concept is brilliant, and the recycling stations are a real highlight for the kids, helping them learn proper waste disposal from an early age. As long as we live in this area, we'll only use your recycling center! And all the employees are so friendly, humorous, and motivated! Keep up the good work, and see you next time!
