The company's truck blocked access to and from various properties for several hours. When I inquired, I was told that informing residents was the responsibility of the building owner. However, the elderly lady who couldn't drive to her apartment was simply ignored. She was forced to leave her car and walk home. I understand that work needs to be done and that this may involve some disruption. However, I expect a professional company to inform the building owner that all residents must be informed.
