Extremely friendly staff. They gave me a nice overview of the products lines and provided useful buying advices. I was also able to secure a good price. Would definitely love to visit again!
Bought the ceramic pan from Kuhn Rikon directly. After 2 weeks after using it in an electric induction stove on a high temperature a round black stain appeared and food was sticking which meant I could no longer make pancakes or eggs in the pan. The company response was very disappointing, they did not take responsibility, didn't listen nor gave me a replacement for the pan or refund. They claimed that the pan is not non stick and I used the wrong spatula. In America this customer service would be unacceptable. Do not waste your money.
Warm, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Large product range with many reductions. Unbelievable reductions in special days (just attended one by chance). As for warranty services, they are already famous, which I experienced for one product.
