Our washing machine stopped working. Yesterday, my partner went to the store and explained the problem, and this afternoon the machine was repaired in 20 minutes. Excellent service that I can highly recommend. Other stores would have sold us a new washing machine because not all of them want to repair them anymore. There should be more stores like this. I expect a minimum level of respect and customer focus from a service provider, even when differing opinions arise. Stay away from FRUTIG AG ROGGWIL Extremely disrespectful and intrusive behavior. They mentioned a timeframe, but no clear arrival time. Zero consideration, no decency. Then came baseless accusations and personal verbal attacks – they didn't even properly investigate, instead immediately assuming I was lying. When I defended myself, everything was blown out of proportion and I was threatened with consequences. Anyone hoping for professional, respectful service is completely mistaken here. This is no way to treat people. Never again.
