Terrible experience few years ago. - Promised a lift and didn't bring it - Left the boxes in so messy it took forever to arrange - left in the basement many boxes that belongs to 3rd floor (well it is difficult when you not bring the lift you signed on). - Terrible cleaning, maybe 2-3 hours work

From the slightly grammatically incorrect quote (don't let that put you off or worry!), through the order confirmation, the move itself, and the final handover of the apartment after cleaning, everything went wonderfully. A few pieces of furniture did have some minor dents upon closer inspection, but that probably would have happened to us anyway. The four men were very friendly, motivated, and did a fantastic job. The cleaning had to be top-notch, as a building inspector had to inspect the apartment! The price/performance ratio is excellent, and I would definitely hire Roschumzug again.

Are all the reviews real? Here's a real one. Mr. Hassan and his team did a reliable job. They were on time, efficient, and the price/performance ratio was truly excellent.
