The customer service was very unprofessional and somewhat aggressive. I had to endure a lot of sarcasm and ridicule. Repair costs were exorbitant; the manufacturer's quoted 300% more. Payment had to be made in cash upon collection. However, the saleswoman in the store seemed professional.
Purchased two used pallet trolleys for the Oerlikon Brewery. One of them had a broken wheel after a short time. All wheels were replaced free of charge. Thanks to Käthi and your team.
