Our small cultural organization went through a multi-stage process with Mehrsicht: a mediation session to resolve a conflict, two team workshops, and leadership coaching. Thomas Duttwiler from Mehrsicht accompanied and coached us. We were able to develop significantly as individuals and within our corporate culture during this process; in particular, we discovered a new way of dealing with critical feedback and learned about and tested various options for structuring decision-making processes. We examined theoretical models and learned concrete, easily applicable methods and tools suitable for everyday use. A good degree of structure without being rigid or dogmatic, the right balance for us between a strong presence and a sense of space-giving restraint, relevant expertise and precision: This is how we experienced Thomas Duttwiler's approach. He also responds openly and pragmatically to spontaneously expressed requests. His sensitivity for language, his sense of humor, and his ability to approach everyone without preconceived opinions or judgments make him a perfect match for our organization. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Thomas and Mehrsicht (super professional and friendly in all administrative matters, too; thanks also to Ms. Adler!). A new workshop for next year is already booked!
I had the opportunity to participate in several leadership development workshops offered by Mehrsicht AG this year. The full-day workshops were absolutely fantastic! They were very engagingly structured, with many practical examples. The theory and models were presented not only in an understandable way, but also in a truly lively and entertaining way, making them tangible. I was particularly impressed by the mix of theoretical input, practical exercises, and small group discussions. This combination not only enabled a deep understanding of the topics but also the opportunity to exchange ideas with other leaders. Flurina and Lucien were extremely competent, open, and friendly, and their sense of humor created a relaxed atmosphere. They always addressed the participants' concerns and addressed individual questions directly. A particular highlight were the so-called "toolbox cards," which documented the most important models and theories. In short: The workshops were "fresh" – modern, practical, and with real added value. An absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to take their leadership skills to the next level – at Mehrsicht AG, you’re guaranteed to gain more vision!
