Good products, never had a problem with. I will recommend it.
Unfortunately, due to heavy rain while my awning was extended, the arms broke. Therefore, it needed to be repaired or replaced. I then searched through the jungle of awning suppliers and was astonished by the sheer number of companies in this field. I requested quotes for repair or replacement from numerous suppliers. The differences in service and offers were enormous. In some cases, I received no response for a very long time, agreed-upon appointments were missed, or no one showed up at all. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with the other companies. I was all the more relieved, then, to find Warema Schweiz GmbH. The job was completed professionally, reliably, and to my complete satisfaction. I would especially like to commend Ms. Planje, who provided me with highly competent advice and was always very considerate of my availability, ensuring everything was planned perfectly. The installers and technicians were also extremely polite, courteous, and professional. A positive atmosphere was palpable throughout, and it was clear that the employees enjoyed working at Warema. This pleasantly surprised me. It's wonderful to see that companies like this still exist. The five stars are fully deserved, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Warema Schweiz GmbH. 😊
The Warema Wisotronic weather station is designed to measure sun and rain. Unfortunately, it can't withstand UV rays. After three years, the rain gauge has consistently failed, registering continuous rain. We're now on our third one, and it's also on its last legs. An absolutely overpriced product of abysmal quality. Our dealer advised us to mount it in the shade under an awning. How is it supposed to measure rain and brightness there?
We've had a very unpleasant experience with this company, and we know what we're talking about. We own several properties where we've installed products from Griesser and Schenker, as well as Warema. When we report defects to the first two companies, their technicians arrive within a maximum of three days and repair them. With Warema, however, you have to wait up to three months for a repair. This is unacceptable, and therefore this review is justified.
We had a slanted roller shutter installed by Warema about three years ago. For the first two and a half years, the motorized shutter worked poorly, until it finally stopped working altogether. After some back and forth with the company, the installer was able to purchase a discounted replacement and installed it. Now, after six months, this one has also broken down, and I certainly won't be using this company again.
In June 2023, my defective awnings were removed. Since then, the company has ignored me. My calls are fobbed off with messages like, "We'll call you back immediately, our colleague is handling the case," "The case isn't available right now, we'll call you back," or "We'll have to contact the parent company, we don't have any materials and will call you back." Of course, there are no return calls, and the emails say they're waiting for a delivery date. This email came on July 31, 2023!!! Now it's October! Customer service is definitely not a priority here. DISASTROPHIC. Not even worth one star.
