Great beds, couches, tools, rugs and a whole lot of others stuff. THe cafeteria is also great it has great food the fries are delicious just as much as the meatballs, gravy, potatos and everything else, the drinks are also great. They also have a place for little kids to play while the adults and teenagers go shopping. It's like a daycare. Solid 10/10.

It was all good until the customer service part… we forgot to take a ticket because we were trying to handle our kid who had no more patience. And we were told to do everything again because of this. Please try next time to be family friendly as advertised in your marketing…

An excellent furniture design solutions, a delicious food in restaurant, kind and well-trained staff, but a tricky delivery service (the staff left us to manage our order (approximately 200 kg) to our 4th stock apartment, despite the fact that delivery to the apartment was paid in advance).

Unfortunately, the staff are not as courteous and friendly as is usually the case in other IKEA stores. When you greet them politely, they snort at you at the checkout. What a shame.

IKEA should have the resources to keep google map up-to-date for customers. They didn’t even turn the tickets machines off so you had to pay to find out the store is closed. Closed on Friday 31st with no mention on google map. Tons of people outside trying to understand why the time says until 9pm but doors won’t open. After asking an employee she says they closed at 4 since tomorrow (Saturday 1st November) is a holiday and that is open for click and collect. Really poor service.
