Absolutely great service. I showed up without an appointment wanting a simple piece of wood in pine. Instead, they showed me some better *hardwood*, and even offered to plane it for me, all for a really good price. This kind of service makes a world of difference. I am just a simple hobby woodworker, and this beats Jumbo, Hornbach et al by a million miles. Suport your local wood mill ! My only tip to Iten Holz is: advertise a bit more!!!

My wife had the idea to make a cat tree ourselves! We called, drove there, and they immediately understood our request. They put it up on the crane, we chose a tree, cut it to size, and added two boards for the top and bottom – everything was cut to size right away. The employee was very helpful and competent. I spent a long time looking for oak boards to build a bed and found them at Iten Holz. I was able to order them immediately, pre-cut and planed on four sides, even if it was only a "small quantity," and at an extremely fair price. Furthermore, all the employees were very friendly.
