Bechtle Schweiz AG — Birkenstrasse 43B, 6343 Rotkreuz, Switzerland

We requested an offer for a job we thought Bechtle would be the best one to do. For more than 8 calendar days our email (plus two friendly reminders) were ignored. Called usually 1-2 times per day - they are practically unreachable over the phone. When I finally got a hold on someone from another Bechtle-branch, the clerk blamed me for not knowing Bechtle Schweiz AG and Bechtle direct AG are two different companies (even though they have the same address and location), and that I sent the email to the wrong address - [email protected] - which is still on their website along with the phone number nobody answers. Fortunately we found serious and dedicated companies who supplied us with an offer within 2 working days without any complication. Absolutely not recommended.
