I had ordered a chair which had manufacturing defects/stains in the upholstery. Now I got the replacement, but still got some stains and worse... legs have different distance to floor and wobble. The screws to adjust are useless.

In a nutshell: Spend thousands and receive a horrible customer experience. Simply sad. Do yourself the favour to void them at all costs. Update: Replying with lies under your customer reviews is not a very beneficial act for your company. Here are the facts, you shipped me a table that is not even remotely close to what you displayed online, in terms of colour and pattern. It was supposed to be golden-brown but I received a washed-out greyish brown that feels like it was already used. Plus, it has marks and signs indicating that it had been hit with something on the sides of its base. Please, have a look at the photos below. Instead of arguing with your customers, be more careful and considerate with them and listen to their feedback, after all, they offer you their money in good faith in exchange for your goods and services.
