The cruise from Cape Town to Dubai from October 17th to November 10th was fantastic. The pre-cruise program in Cape Town, with its three great excursions, was particularly interesting, as was the comprehensive city tour in Dubai. I can highly recommend Mein Schiff (4) to everyone, as everything is all-inclusive, German is the onboard language, and the currency is the Euro. The pleasant passengers on board were almost exclusively from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The islands of Réunion, Mauritius, and the Seychelles, as well as Muscat and Dubai, were very beautiful and interesting. Despite a few "quiet" days at sea, this cruise is highly recommended. Thank you, Mr. Hiltl, for the excellent organization!

The trip from Cape Town to Dubai was simply fantastic. The excursions to Table Mountain, the Cape of Good Hope, and the visit to the winery were perfect and superbly organized. The hotels in Cape Town and Dubai left nothing to be desired – an excellent choice! We were also thrilled with Mein Schiff; it was a wonderful trip all around. The cruise on the "Mein Schiff 4" from Cape Town to Dubai (October 17, 2025 to November 10, 2025) was a perfect, eventful, relaxing, and worthwhile trip. The organization by onlinetours was excellent, and the tour was also accompanied by Andi Hiltl and his wife. The pre-cruise program in Cape Town was wonderful (wine tour, city tour, Table Mountain, Boulders Beach with the penguins), despite a minor technical glitch with the microphone on the bus. The tour guides in Dubai (Mafus and Adel) were also excellent. Everything went smoothly. The hotel in Dubai was located in the business district, where unfortunately there wasn't much else to do. However, the hotel pool was great. We had a lovely time on the ship; there was plenty to do, from lectures and workshops to fitness in the arena (volleyball, line dancing, functional fitness), and much more. The evening shows were okay. Tante Woo was very good. The food and service on the ship were all top-notch. We'd gladly take another cruise with "Mein Schiff" sometime. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Thank you so much.

I received very unfriendly information over the phone regarding their own travel documents, which are outdated and therefore confusing for (new) customers. Instead of apologizing and politely explaining the situation, I was rushed through and felt like I was being treated as "incompetent".
