Awful company, you are trying to get information regarding when truck will be unloaded because its waiting already 4 hours . Truck was late not of problem of customs or something else. just because yours country control stations are stopping trucks for half a day, and cant manage with route of trucks. Man in the warehouse is shouting only on driver. Not possible to plan next loadings if you will have unloading there because you cant imagine when you could be unloaded. Also Company owners should take a look for their workers which is rude and not polite...
if you come at fix time then everything will be ok

The registration office staff were very rude, saying I was waiting until morning and wouldn't let me park. It's sad to have such a dialogue in Switzerland.
