Greetings to your driver who doesn't know the traffic laws. Before entering the motorway, there's a large sign indicating that you don't have the right of way. Giving me the middle finger then – very professional.
Terrible customer service. The appointment window was 1-4 pm on March 27th. I finally got through to someone on the phone at 3:45 pm. The woman on the phone said the technician could still come until 4 pm. The time window only expired after 4 pm. I called again at 4 pm. The man told me that no technician was available anymore, as it was already 4 pm. I then called Mr. Haschemi from sales, who apologized for the poor service and assured me of a new appointment with the highest priority. It's outrageous to be treated like this after purchasing an exorbitantly expensive stairlift. The stairlift urgently needs maintenance.
Employees are not adequately trained. Some employees have no idea about the lift controls/problems. (Perhaps this is due to the fact that the technicians employed are predominantly young, inexperienced.) Please note: Technicians must achieve a certain monthly turnover in repair sales, otherwise they risk being deemed poorly qualified. This, of course, has a negative impact on the customer's wallet. Absolutely unsatisfactory.
They can't even properly renovate/build elevators. The car lift was just repaired and still has the same problems and keeps getting stuck.
Service and quality are a complete disaster. The emergency button hasn't worked for 11 months, and nobody has been able to get it to function. Even with a full-service contract, malfunctions and other issues are not resolved.
