We strongly advise against using this accountant. They make verbal promises that were later claimed to have never been communicated as such. Be extremely careful when signing documents. Read everything very carefully, ideally have it reviewed by other professionals, and don't let yourself be pressured. We've heard of people who were ruined by exactly that. We can only warn you.
