I'm thrilled with Sanopilz because sustainability and regional sourcing are truly important to them. Furthermore, the various mushroom courses are very informative, engaging, and varied, and are presented with a genuine passion for mushrooms and nature. Wow!!! The spices are absolutely amazing! The raclette spice is my personal favorite.
I had the pleasure of trying the truffle cheese and truffle salami at the Zug trade fair, and they were already very good. But when we had the fondue this evening, we were almost speechless! I truly can't remember the last time we had such a delicious fondue! 😍😋👏 For all these wonderful products and the very enthusiastic young owner, I gladly give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and hope to see you again at a trade fair with our coffee and your cheese. I was recommended this raclette seasoning by true Valaisans, and now I only eat my raclette with this seasoning! It enhances the umami flavor of the cheese without having to sprinkle kilos of paprika, nutmeg, and caraway seeds on my raclette!
I love the porcini mushroom seasoning. The other products are also delicious, like the mushroom risotto... wonderful. Great local company, keep up the good work!
