My husband is in urgent need of an office chair that is friendly to the back and lumbar spine. He found this specialty store on the Internet. Herr Morger and his wife were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We quickly found the chairs that suited our needs. We can't wait to try our new chair at our home office. Next time when we need to change our desk, we will definitely come back to find them. Thank you for your patience and helpfulness.
I have found customer service generally very poor in Switzerland. Paul Morger has been an exception to this. Great products, very professional, valuable assistance even after having received the products. I can highly recommend.

I ordered an ergonomic office chair from Paul Morger AG and am very satisfied. Upon unpacking, I noticed that one component was slightly damaged. I contacted their support team, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. A replacement was organized and delivered in no time, without any fuss. You can immediately tell that the team is highly competent and knows their stuff. The combination of friendly service, fast, uncomplicated help, and high level of expertise makes all the difference for me. Absolutely recommended!

It couldn't be better: Fair prices and super friendly, multiple customer interactions with the Morger AG team. I ordered a high-end Giroflex 40 Alu office chair and got it at a great price with free delivery. The chair arrived fully assembled and was brought into my apartment by the delivery driver. Before buying, I had considered ordering the chair from abroad or from a discount store, but it was important to me to be sure I was getting an original chair with good service. At Morger AG, I also got a fair and affordable price. I can recommend Paul Morger AG and gladly give them 5 stars :-)
