Absolutely lousy business. Continue to invoice me a year after I cancelled my order via email. Very unprofessional and disrespectful tone of email communication. Unnecessarily stressful experience for me as a customer and a human being. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.
Great provider. I was a little worried when I encountered a network issue after signing up. 99% of providers will just shrug and ignore something like this. But Firestorm fixed it immediately. As for system performance, their root servers run great. And the pricing is absolutely fantastic, even better than OVH and Hetzner which is rare to see something this affordable. I sympathize with the frustration of negative reviewers, but I wonder if they contacted Firestorm support? They seem to be very happy to help with issues and are reasonable people. I will keep my review updated over the coming months.
We work from India so don't have chat support but even with the mails we get the immediate support. Thanks to all support team members especially Christian Geissler! Looking forward to a long term relationship and same level of support from you for years to come...
Stay far as much as possible from this company. This company is the essence of what a business SHOULD NOT BE. One star is already way to much. They are simply trying to screw money. They made a switch on the server type I wanted to use and instead of paying back the difference, the kept the money claiming it will be provided back as discount. I requested the cancellation of the services but they claim it was not done properly even if I’ve clear evidences. They are arrogant and not supportive at all. All they want is your money. Result: I have to ask the support of lawyers to fix this or, as alternative, I need to agree to be screwed by these guys!!! And the quality of the servers and support is absolutely not existent. A typical way of mislead claim that Swiss make things with quality. Stay far as much as possible from this company.
