Office Saanen managed a condominium association where I own an apartment. The date for the annual general meeting was set a year in advance. Office Saanen canceled it eight days beforehand, without giving a reason. Shortly thereafter, Office Saanen terminated the contract with five days' notice, citing a loss of trust. This likely stemmed from a complaint made by one of the co-owners. She was accused of being a delinquent payer, which was apparently untrue and which she was able to prove with a payment receipt. Upon receiving this notification, she questioned the manager's accounting skills, which apparently did not go down well. The termination of the contract was issued on the same day as the co-owner's notification.
