I have been going to this dry cleaner for more than 1 year but l will no longer use this service. The staff are not pleasant (no smile & no pleasant greeting) and the service is poor. A doona cover to be cleaned and ironed now takes 2 weeks….it was 1 week …out of tourist season too! This is how my doona looked when l unpacked it. I will now iron my doona cover as they did such a poor job. Refer photo.
Maybe they do a good job, maybe they don't, but for such a big facility they couldn't give us a fairly small bag of laundry back for 5 days so we went elsewhere...it wasn't busy with tourists either... very strange 🤔... seemingly 😉 …

The service is horrible. The woman is horrible. The rest, we have no choice.
Very poor customer service from Ms. Leoni in Saanen. We received clothes that didn't belong to us, and they also lost our clothes. Not even a word of apology was offered.
