Customer Service not responding For educational purposes I was asked to design a small gear transmission powered by the IDX56M. Due to the fact than some important information was missing on the manufactures website I contacted the customer support. Unfortunately I never received an answer except the acknowledgement which is in my point of view extremly precarious.
Gave my student team a defective EC 90 motor that had defective Hall effect sensors, and when returned for refund, they called it "Electrical Overstress" on our part. As a student team working on our fourth year project, we lost all the project budget on this motor which didn't even work ($550 CAD). Definitely do not recommend for the poor return polocies and customer service (took 3 weeks for one response).
