During the Iglesias IGS era, we consistently used their heating management and plumbing services. The hourly rate is rather steep. Average plumbing wages are around CHF 5,500.00, based on an average monthly working time of 174 hours. (CHF 31.60 x markup factor x 2.2 = CHF 69.50 quoted wage including 8.1% VAT) Our actual working time was 25 minutes. They billed for 2 hours! The material was known a week before installation and could easily have been ordered from the manufacturer by mail. The same component had already been installed in the same location.
