Very friendly, professional, good service and advice. the only down point which is very frustrating is the secretary she does not speak french or english and sometimes business is easier talking on the phone rather than writing emails that sometimes I have to clarify with more than one email to get what I want which take a week to make the order. I regret buying my trikes from this shop now.
