I ordered some parts from this company and paid via wire transfer. When the parts arrived, I realized I had ordered the incorrect item. I contacted them to request a return and exchange, offering to cover all associated costs. Initially, they refused. After following up, they agreed to accept the return. I returned the parts at my expense, and they were delivered on May 5. Since then, I have sent numerous emails, but they have refused to respond. I can see that my emails are being read, but I receive no replies. I have been dealing with Logistics Manger throughout this process, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. In response to the lies below from the Cyberis. My order was for 60 pieces, not 10. I provided the correct banking info. Cyberis put the wrong name on the transfer twice, put the routing number in the account number section and used the wrong SWIFT number. The arrogance to insinuate that the size of my order makes my experience less valid is appalling.
