Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. On October 28, 2025, at 11:03 a.m., I received a call from an employee. She was rude and showed absolutely no understanding of my situation – the kitchen sink was clogged, and I have two small children. Instead of offering support or flexibility, she was dismissive and simply hung up. Such behavior is completely unacceptable for a service company. Customers deserve respect and a minimum level of understanding.
Top-notch company with friendly Ms. Fiedler on the phone. Sewer cleaning work is carried out carefully and cleanly. Highly recommended.
