Mediocre service, incompetent and unresponsive staff, no moral or practical support, workers indifferent to the difficulties their clients face, poor guidance, they are completely incapable of giving you sound advice. It's impossible to reach them by phone and they don't respond to emails. I strongly advise against using them and I will urge the federation to shut down ORS; they have no respect for their clients.
