Very nice and clean self-service cheese shop. Good selection. The raclette was one of the best I've had in years. I'll probably drive all the way from Seeland to Schangnau again just to buy this amazing raclette. Kudos to the cheese shop for great taste and quality.
One of the best cheese dairies in Switzerland, with a large selection and top quality. Self-service also means convenient opening hours.
Wonderful cheeses made from the milk of cows, sheep, water buffalo, and goats from Schangnau. Buffalo mozzarella, buffalo quark, and fine yogurts. A very charming little shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I enjoy shopping there. On March 31, 2018, I bought "crying" Emmental cheese. The best Emmental I've ever eaten.
