Friendly service, good food and cooked rare as I asked. Good quality meat. At first I tought it looked not as grilled but the taste was realy good.
The grilled chicken was grilled really deliciously with a crisp thin chicken skin and moist chicken meat underneath. One of the better meals I had during my Europe trip. One another occasion, I turned up for another meal but the wait staff was rather impatient and curt so we got food delivery instead.

Grillrestaurant 48°, located within the Tailormade Hotel SIHLPARK in Schindellegi features a variety of dishes, including steaks, meats, and fish, all prepared over an open flame. There is no burger like it here, just come and try it, the best grill restaurant in town!
We waited for almost 2 hrs to have our food and we got cold mini burgers and a not melted cheese on the burger. Cold meat as well.
