I recently received an invoice of CHF 77.74 from a company called Paycon.AG claiming it was for a premium SMS service. This is completely fraudulent because I have never subscribed to any premium service, never clicked any links, and never authorized any charges. This company is clearly trying to scam mobile users by sending fake invoices and charging for services that were never used or requested. My mobile provider is Salt, and I strongly request that Salt block any premium SMS or payments related to this company (Paycon.AG) and take action to prevent such fraudulent charges from being processed in the future. To other customers: be very careful — do not pay any invoice or click any link from this company. Report it immediately to your mobile provider and consumer protection authorities.
Alert scam. I got charged 50chf for receiving some promotional sms I never asked for. Will make a proper complaint to the police.
SCAM!!!! charged my kid's number 40fr for nothing. Good thing the phone provider could block it and will reimburse the money back. Get a freaking job and stop scamming people!!!!!
It was my fault that i did not pay it on time and it went to betreibung and inkaso. i called and spoke to a staff name Chiron, very professional , he listened and gave me a proper solution that worked for both of us. Thank you.
This company is fake. They activate sms on your phone, which is an Abo /subscription and costs 14 fr a week, more money is charged additionally. NO SERVICE BEHIND!!!! ACHTUNG, BETRÜGER! FRAUDER!
