She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and addresses each individual's personal situation. Thanks to her competent and friendly advice, I found the best solution for my needs. CONCORDIA's behavior was completely unprofessional and unfair. I properly canceled my insurance at the end of 2024 and informed CONCORDIA of my change in November 2024 and January 2025. On February 28, 2025, I sent an invoice from my new insurer and requested monthly cancellation of the CONCORDIA invoices. Nevertheless, I was never informed of the need for a confirmation of reinsurance. CONCORDIA scandalously waited until April 2025 to resolve the situation and continues to make unjustified premium demands for January through April 2025. The threat of debt collection while the case is pending before the ombudsman is outrageous and demonstrates a complete lack of customer focus. I strongly advise against using CONCORDIA.
Overall, I'm satisfied with Concordia. The only thing that's a bit annoying is that you can't reach the Schlieren agency by phone. I can't always answer the call because I work shifts. This makes processing requests a bit tedious.
