Update: More than 1 month has passed. After I sent them a Mahnung, they refeunded me the money and said they'll send a voucher to cover the difference of bundle price vs. separate order. And guess what, I'm waiting for the voucher since a week. Beyond my understanding how a voucher would take them more time and a normal store would be able to ship an order. Do not order again from the Sony.ch store. I ordered TV and sound system all together. They delivered the TV without the soundbar and claimed in their online system that everything is delivered. I was calling the support every day since 3 days and there is still no solution found. This is ridiculous.
It's really hard to get someone on the phone, sometimes waiting for more than 90 minutes in the phone queue without anyone picking up. Not customer friendly at all! Your best chance at reaching someone is calling repeatedly until the system allows you to schedule a call back. (which is weirdly not always the case) Callback waiting time was around 3-4 hours each time I requested one. Wish you good luck.
My Sony camera has broken down after 2 years and 2 months. Two years, that is quite short for a camera...NEVER BUY SONY !
