This review is primarily directed at the "Desire to Write" program offered by the Arcadis group. Their website advertises the training as being "at your own pace and whenever you want." However, it's clear that flexibility isn't a core value for them. An extension is possible, and indeed, it was. But when the pandemic overwhelmed retail and prevented me from continuing the training, their understanding ended with payment. Unfortunately, I have a job that doesn't involve lockdowns or remote work; quite the opposite... As a result, the training stopped. This is surprising because if I don't complete the exercises, the coach doesn't have any work, and therefore, the consequences are nil for them. But no, that's not how they see it. So, I'm giving it one star because I have to. On the other hand, it's five stars for my writing coach who did a fantastic job of correcting and supporting me as far as I could. Thank you to him. But regarding the rest, either you are sure that nothing will hinder your training, or it is better to move on.
