Very disappointing! Despite terminating my parking space on time, effective October 31, 2024, months later I received unjustified payment requests for February and March 2025, even though I had received written confirmation of the cancellation. Despite repeated contact and promises, the matter was not resolved, and I never received the refund I was owed. Instead, I was threatened with debt collection because I hadn't paid for the months of February and March 2025. Absolutely unprofessional – the customer service and internal organization are absolutely disappointing!
Disastrous service! Fines even though the parking ticket was purchased via the SBB app (it wasn't attached to the vehicle because the ticket machine wasn't working). A rip-off of the highest order! Contact only possible by registered mail. An example of what shouldn't be done.
Terrible drivers! At 8:15 a.m. on Kindergarten Weg (30 km/h zone), lower Dorfstrasse, Spreitenbach, someone sped past us at a massively excessive speed, right next to several small children! Totally irresponsible and incomprehensible!! But it's great advertising for your company when kids are almost run over.
