Very good service and fast service.
We rented a van for the relocation to a new apartment and the service could have not been better, the vehicle was great, the conditions were unbeatable (250km included!) and Busrent24's personnel were very nice and informative. I will recommend them to any colleague that needs such a service.
Rented 2 different minibuses within 1 week - for 12 hours to go to Germany and for 3 hours to drive in Zurich area - both times everything went smoothly and without problems. Thank you so much, strongly recommended.
Not good service. Ordered a van through their website which was available. Received no answer at all, just silence until I sent them a text message, at which point they said their website was wrong, it’s not available. So we now have to find another option at short notice. Pretty unprofessional.
