I purchased online a four-day ski lift pass for my daughter and had a card delivered to our house without problems. When she forgot the card in a different jacket one day, the unhelpful staff at the venue were unable to issue a temp replacement even after we showed them the proof of purchase. I had to buy a 50CHF day pass instead.
