Shopping trip to Stadelmann!! The day started full of motivation and with money in my pocket! First, I had a problem with the machine that was standing in water. The mechanic explained to me that everything had been destroyed by the water, and that this was obvious. The machine was scrap and beyond repair. Like a fury, the owner appeared, displaying arrogant aggression and unfounded frustration. With a domineering, top-down approach, he berated the mechanic. When I, as a customer, explained the problem, the old man insisted on a test. It seems he lacks the necessary expertise. Without hesitation, the performance continued. When I'd finally had enough, the final straw came! The old man told the mechanic that he was going to fire him; he wasn't the first to be let go. I felt like I was in a bad movie. After this experience, I'd rather shop somewhere else; thankfully, there are competent competitors.
