Initial situation: Apartment block, 14 years old, with condominiums. The previous owners had already taken several steps to ensure the kitchen plumbing was functioning properly. Unfortunately, this didn't work. The Hegner company then showed us their options for getting to the bottom of the problem. Hegner AG repaired a damaged stormwater drain on my behalf using a process called "Hesan." The location was extremely inaccessible, the drain very convoluted, and the damage couldn't be repaired using any other method (such as Partliner/Inliner). The only alternative would have been to excavate the area, which would likely have cost ten times as much.
