I needed help in the bathroom. My phone number was taken down and a plumber was supposed to call me back. I still haven't received a call. And that was a month ago. Meanwhile, the damage was repaired quickly and easily by another company.

I needed a sales consultant for a landscaping project. Customer service didn't even acknowledge me at first. Then they took down my name and phone number, incorrectly, and I had to keep correcting them. The only consultant they seemed to have was out of the office. They said he would call me. That was three days ago. I haven't received a call since. I didn't get a business card either. Apparently, the company has enough work/no interest...

Extremely unfriendly to customers. Apparently, all requests are either impossible or extremely difficult to fulfill. No flexibility whatsoever regarding kitchen design. Agreed-upon appointments are not kept. Emails are ignored. Established costs are not adhered to and are massively exceeded. Thankfully, there are many other companies... not recommended.
