Overall a very budget Hotel near the train station, room was very very basic like from the 60s, bath towels not the best, breakfast and coffee was very good. Note this is a very old building so no elevator rooms are on 2-3 floors.

Cute little place! Our room was cozy, though I didn’t realize the beds were separate. Clean and delicious food. Staff is pleasant and speaks decent English. Breakfast was included and a charcuterie tray, fruit, and delicious crusty bread! Dinner was also great- we ordered two different styles of veal and enjoyed them both! This place does not have laundry facilities despite the listing on Expedia stating they do.

These folks are wonderful. I have stayed many places all over the world, but this has been the number one. Schüpfen is a quaint little town, the people who operate the hotel are fantastic and the food is unbelievable. You have all you need in walking distance.
