For some time now, we've been enjoying the tender, flavorful meat of the Ming family's Galloway cattle. The taste is simply incomparable. As neighbors, we also regularly get a glimpse into their operations and are convinced that it's worthwhile to actively support this farm and thus make a small contribution to preserving regenerative agriculture.
