I was looking for an alternative to Bofrost meals because I have to care for my 85-year-old father. Unfortunately, he doesn't like the food from Tellerglück. I haven't tried it myself, but I trust my father, who always enjoyed good home cooking thanks to my late mother. Delivery was perfect. Hence the extra star.

We've been customers at Tellerglück for my father for over a year and are very happy with the support we receive from the delicious food and the wonderful staff. Both on the phone and during delivery, right up to the freezer in the kitchen, all the employees are very friendly and helpful, and they never leave the apartment without a few words of encouragement for my father.

Since 2021, I've been ordering from Apetito, now called Tellerglück, for my mother. She's very happy with the dishes (I've already tried two, very tasty ones) and would normally give Apetito 5 stars. There's one "huge drawback": the constantly broken meal trays. (Last delivery was on October 18, 2023, but I won't document it; I'm fine with that; we'll see what can be saved and what doesn't get thrown away.) Unfortunately, in 2021, I convinced another person to order from Apetito, who keeps having similar experiences with their deliveries. (Here, too, I had to handle the complaint, as the person is almost 90 years old.) How are older people supposed to manage all of this on their own?????? Almost every second delivery contains these broken trays, and not just 1 or 2, but often even 5 or 7 meal trays. Sometimes the film seals were also broken. The packaging is absolutely too flimsy, and it looks like the plastic is actually breaking apart due to excessive pressure. To date, I've repeatedly provided the required documentation, i.e., pictures and descriptions, which sometimes took me up to two hours, so that this could be clarified with GLS (once I was even suggested to clarify it with GLS myself). Since the meals have become so much more expensive, I believe it's now up to Apetito to correct this shortcoming! How about more stable packaging and a "fragile" sticker (which other companies also use), or even better, a change of supplier!!! I've repeatedly reminded them of this during my phone calls (their phone availability also leaves much to be desired) and made suggestions, but apart from repeated apologies and refunds, nothing has changed. Despite everything, my mother has stuck with Apetito because of the large selection of dishes and the variety of diets, and because she likes it so much! Now I've taken the time to research this matter again and found the same statements in the reviews: "Food good, packaging bad!" Please finally rectify this shortcoming, otherwise you'll lose customers and be left with only the customers you deliver with your own company delivery trucks!!! Please stop making empty promises, but finally change things. Thank you!!!
