Edit after reply. Thank you fir trying to answer but you did not. Loading help does not stop things getting wet when raining. Asking for help at the desk will take up as much time as self-loading so does nit reduce parking fees but you obviously didn’t understand the problem was not loading but WAITING way too long for the merchandise to be brought out when it was reserved for a specific time. Finally, none of your expectations make any sense in the context, firstly because on Saturday the parking is free (apparently) and secondly because statistics can be obtained even without payment, a free ticket provides just as much data. Airport parking for drop off is a prime example, the free ticket informs on the length of parking and the number of vehicles and determines how long and when parking stays free. On the whole, your answer adds more disappointment. Very strange to discover you have to pay parking during the week, even after buying for 500 CHF. Also disappointing that even though only picking up a large online order on time, it takes soooo long for them to bring it to the trailer and then having to load and fasten (in the rain because there’s no protected space so take care with sensitive materials) that the parking price goes up in the meantime. Unfortunately many items are also way more expensive than in german Hornbachs but some are cheaper though what it completely random.

Good place to buy DIY stuffs for home improvement. Enough staffs around to advice or guide you through the huge warehouse. You can find absolutely anything from the sleeping room to the garden. It is just a little pity to pay for the parking everytime you visit.

Good product. Had to wait almost double the time they said they would deliver the material to me tho. Surely if it’s something you don’t want to wait for them to have the time to deliver don’t count on this shop. Unfortunate experience, I always liked their product, quality and service. Lost several thousand thanks to their horrible organization. Had employees waiting for the material. They changed delivery date the date it was supposed to arrive. I contacted them via email, they told me to send the invoice about the damages that they created and that they would tell me how much they would cover (not if they would cover). At the end they said it’s nothing that regards them. Basically as a customer you have to bother yourself to call and stress them in order to receive the material.

Shop very good. Parking less easy (often full, you have to pay wasting time in front of a machine with long queues). I understand they are trying to encourage public transport .. although they forget that transporting a bunch of tiles or 3 pots of paint isn't very practical on a bus
