A guy was unlocking a bike at the same time I was, so the app decided to book someone else's bike on me. The bike is still not returned so im about to be in trouble and also get to pay someone else's tab. The tech support is absolutely not helping in any way.
Very useful bike rental in Switzerland. The customer service and how they handle customer inquiries is very bad though - no customer centricity at all. Lost CHF 200 since they did not inform me about a early downgrade of the yearly price plan and they also refuse to repay any costs for rentals where the trip was not ended correctly.
Very very bad .. nothing working we have lost money . 2 app for 1 country. Are you serious ?
The new subscriptions are horrible. I assume you will loose most Students as customers now.
Hello dear PubliBike Team, On March 9th, 2026, I rented two bikes in Brugg, Aargau: an e-bike and a regular bike. I rode one for just under three hours, and the other for less than six hours. Now I've received a bill for over 40 Swiss francs. How is this possible? The prices listed are 5 francs for an e-bike for six hours and 2.50 francs for a regular bike for six hours. I was shocked by the bill. I would appreciate a response.
No contact possible over New Year's. Returned to an inactive station (due to a technical malfunction; this was only displayed AFTER the return). Trip has been open for over 24 hours...
