I bought rolled lottery tickets. There are always some open tickets in them. Recently, one winning ticket was missing; it was simply an open, unprinted ticket. Furthermore, the paper quality is very poor/thin, making it easy to see through and distinguish losing tickets from winning ones. When I complained, they only sent a legal text, no apology, and no offer to rectify the error. I've been buying lottery tickets from them for several years, but unfortunately, the quality is steadily declining while the prices keep rising. After a strongly worded email from us, the problem was resolved, and new tickets were sent.
