After many years without any costs for GLKV (German statutory health insurance), our initial request was simply rejected, despite a massively stressful emergency situation. Despite the higher costs, we consequently switched health insurance providers, since a provider that doesn't help in an emergency is useless... and now these ridiculous back payments from six years ago don't exactly inspire confidence in ever going back... It's a shame that local presence has become so unimportant...
Personal requests were handled quickly, however the employee(s) displayed unfriendly behavior and made unfriendly statements.
My requests were always handled very quickly and reliably. Competent and friendly information and advice were provided when I had questions. I'm extremely satisfied!
Unfortunately, I have to give it one star, but it absolutely doesn't deserve one. Mr. R. M was not only very unfriendly, but he simply hung up the phone.
